If
the home has a moisture problem, we dehumidify the area first. This removes
the moisture in the air mold spores love.Once the home is dehumidified,
we prepare the home for OZONE SHOCK TREATMENT
with extra ozone equipment placed by the mold trouble areas identified by the
UV Light Inspection.
The home MUST BE UNOCCUPIED by humans, pets and plants during the OZONE SHOCK
TREATMENT. The “magic” of our treatment is although the ozone level
is toxic during the shock treatment, it reverts to harmless oxygen, CO2 and
hydrogen within 30-60 minutes after timer operated equipment shuts down.
Homes with severe mold/mildew and bacteria problems may require two or more
treatments to kill the spores in porous areas ie. carpet, upholstery and drapery.
Once the OZONE SHOCK TREATMENT has been completed, the home has been sanitized.
We recommend use of Air Purification equipment to keep the air fresh to the
smell. This will keep any airborne spores from infecting the home during the

Finally, immediately after the OZONE SHOCK TREATMENT we recommend cleaning
the home. The ozone treatment kills all the airborne spores and those in the
