OC Purifiers

If it smells it won't sell!
OC Purifiers can help realtors or homeowners with sanitizing, purifying and cleaning homes:
• Cigarette smoke
• Mold/mildew problems
• Preparing for listing
• Open houses
• Rentals

Homes wth odor problems from cigarette smoke, mold, mildew or that old musty smell offer special challenges for listing agents and brokers. OC Purifiers can provide inexpensive solutions to these and other problems.

SANITIZE:
• UV Inspection: The first step in the OC Purifiers sanitation process is to locate the “trouble spots”, the major source of the odor. We use the same method crime scene investigators use to find “hidden” clues, those not visible to the naked eye. Through the UV light inspection, we are able to detect hidden sources of odors.

• OZONE SHOCK TREATMENT: Our equipment generates 50-200 times more Ozone per hour than typical equipment designed for this purpose. In as little as one hour, we overload the the area with an extremely toxic level of ozone that kills the mold, bacteria or virus causing the odor. 30-60 minutes after the OZONE SHOCK TREATMENT, the ozone reverts back to oxygen and it is safe to re-enter the area.
WARNING: NO HUMANS, PETS OR PLANTS CAN BE IN THE AREA DURING THE OZONE SHOCK TREATMENT.
